Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the extent permitted by law and as stipulated in your specific agreement. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather or grid failures.

2.4 Service Completion and Customer Obligations

Upon completion of service, LuminaGrid Energy will conduct a final review and walkthrough. Customers are responsible for providing necessary site access, utilities, and cooperation to facilitate project completion. Any delays caused by customer inaction may impact project timelines and costs.

3. Legal Disclaimers and Limitations

4.1 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
